2Do You Offer International Shipping?
We ship to UK mainland addresses only.
We do not ship internationally, nor to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.
3What Is Your Shipping Charges?

- We can ship anything from envelope-size items to full-sized artic lorries.
- Every job is different—submit your part details and quantities for an accurate shipping quote.
4Do You Offer Tracking?
We are not able to provide tracking for our jobs.
5What's Your Returns & Exchanges?
- Refunds & Returns:
- Only available if products are damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or incorrect items should be emailed to us with evidence and marked as URGENT.
- Proof required: photos or other evidence of damage/incorrect items.
- We’ll likely check if a replacement would be suitable first.
- Goods must be returned before we can process a refund or replacement.
6Do You Offer Larger Quantities?
- Volume Pricing:
- Price breaks offered on larger quantities of goods.
- Discount levels vary per job—dependent on part complexity, material and order size.
- Discounts are not guaranteed and are subject to evaluation.
- Submit your part details, quantities and requirements for a custom quote.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be revised based on material or market cost changes.
- High-volume orders may impact lead times—confirm scheduling when requesting your quote.
7Payments & Accounts
- Payment Methods:
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer via a secure payment link.
- Bank transfer details will be provided on your invoice.
- Ward Accounts:
- Credit accounts are available for approved customers.
- Allows you to place orders on account and pay within agreed terms.
- First‑time customers or those without an account must prepay before work begins.
- This policy isn’t personal—it’s a standard precaution we take as a small‑scale business to manage cash flow.
8Do You Do Vehicle Parts?
- Vehicle Parts Fabrication:
- We’re more than happy to work on or make vehicle parts.
- We WILL NOT work on physical vehicles or perform on‑site vehicle repairs.
- Example: We will weld an exhaust, but we won’t climb under your Fiesta and patch a hole.
9 Do I need to book an appointment?
For walk-ins or simple jobs, you can usually just pop by. For anything custom or time-consuming, it’s best to call or message us first.
10Do you paint or powder coat parts too?
Not in-house, but we can prep parts and recommend local coaters if needed.
11Can you copy an existing part?
Usually, yes — bring it in and we can replicate or improve it.
