Metal fabrication lead times depend on job size, quantity, finish, complexity, material availability and current workshop workload. Simple jobs can often move quicker, while larger fabrication, welding and CNC machining work needs more planning.

Quotes are usually valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Material prices can change, so older quotes may need checking before the order is placed.

Ideally, we need drawings, quantities, material grade, finish requirements, delivery date and any important notes. STEP files, DXF files, PDFs, sketches or clear photos can all help depending on the job.

Yes, we can arrange delivery across the UK mainland depending on the size, weight and requirements of the job.

No. We currently only offer UK mainland shipping and do not provide international shipping.

Tracking is not normally available. Some deliveries are handled directly, by courier or by pallet network depending on the job.

First-time customers normally need to prepay before work begins or before goods are released.

Credit accounts are available for approved customers, subject to account checks and agreement from our office team.

Yes. Finishes such as powder coating, galvanising, zinc plating and anodising may be outsourced, but we can usually arrange or recommend suitable finishing options.

Yes. Finishing can add time depending on the supplier, batch size, colour, coating type and current workload. It is best to confirm finish requirements early.

Yes. Drawings are best, but we can also review samples, sketches and photos where suitable. Proper drawings help avoid confusion, especially with tolerances, materials and finishes.

Yes. If you are unsure about material, tolerances, quantities or machining method, send the information over and we can advise what is realistic before quoting.

We can work on vehicle parts where suitable, such as brackets, plates, guards or fabricated components. We do not work on physical vehicles and do not carry out on-site vehicle repairs.

Workshop visits are usually by appointment. Please contact us first so the right person is available to discuss your job properly.
